How this desk earns.

Meander is an independent site for great-britain.me. It is not VisitBritain, not a heritage membership, and not a guidebook publisher. The notes are original. Nothing here is a reproduction of those organisations’ guides, photographs, or layout.

Some outbound links are commercial. If you later paste an affiliate address into the partner list, a booking can earn a commission at no extra price to the traveller. Until then, the buttons open the public websites. Rows that are not for sale say so.

Fares, room rates, and hire-car figures on the sketch are orders of magnitude so you can see the shape of a week. They are not quotes, not current, and not in Australian dollars. Check the seller before you pay. Travel insurance, including cover for walking and for driving on the left, is your decision — start with the official Australian advice linked below.

We do not take accounts. A saved base or a saved sketch stays in this browser only. There is no mailing list on this desk yet, so the Spam Act does not have an audience to annoy. If you add one later, collect consent and offer a working unsubscribe.
